I know Rajan personally as a colleague, mentor, and someone I’ve had the opportunity to work with on several office events, including DevConf for the past two years. During this time, I’ve seen his strong engineering skills, leadership, and ability to bring people together. He has a great talent for simplifying complex technical problems and making them easy to understand. Rajan is not only an exceptional engineer but also a great mentor and collaborator. I’ve personally learned a lot from working with him. I strongly believe FOSS U. would benefit from his technical expertise, leadership, and ability to connect with and inspire people. ---

Rajan is the driving force for most of the open source community events, he does it meticulously and methodically ensuring that we see success. Be it DevConf in India, meetups, KCD events he had ensured that he leads from the front and encourages others to become part of it. I would highly recommend him. ---

I have had the opportunity to work with Rajan both at the same company and on organising community events. He’s an outstanding leader and I have seen that firsthand through the way he brings people together and gets things done. When we’ve worked together on meetups and larger community events, I’ve seen how much he puts into making them happen - coordinating with people, taking ownership, following through, and stepping in wherever needed. A lot of the weekend meetups, DevConf, conferences, and other community activities have benefited from that consistent effort. He’s consistently invested in building the community and bringing people together, often doing a lot of the work behind the scenes. I genuinely think that combination of leadership and hands-on community involvement would make him a great addition to the GB. I would strongly endorse Rajan! All the very best to Rajan! ---

I haven’t had the chance to work with Rajan directly, but I’ve always seen and appreciated the way he contributes to the community — from organising events to helping folks on the Redhat Pune Slack channel and being there whenever someone needs support.
