## Venue setup! We’ve ran into a slight problem with the venue. It’s been booked on Friday for an event so we are not allowed to visit before 9PM. This means we can only start setting things up at 9. A bunch of our volunteers will not be able to make it because of the timings, and we are looking for more hands. Announcing IndiaFOSS setup as a pre-event! Come help us set things up so we can can get done early (and the volunteers get some time to sleep before the conference :)) Reach out to me at [Telegram: Contact @anshh28](http://t.me/anshh28) if you want to help out. --- _[View the full topic](https://forum.fossunited.org/t/be-part-of-indiafoss-2025-host-a-pre-side-event/6328)._
