[Surge](https://github.com/SurgeDM/Surge) - Grant of INR 1L roughly to support infrastructure costs and Maintainer Stipends over the next 3 months.

> Surge is a download manager that runs in local TUI, remote TUI, and headless daemon modes.

**Events**

[Rootconf Topical on Databases](https://hasgeek.com/rootconf/special-edition-on-databases/) - Diversity sponsorship of INR 25k to support 5 people to attend the conference, with special focus on gender diversity.
