# Booth at IndiaFOSS 2025

Showcase your Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) projects, engage with the community, and connect with fellow enthusiasts at [IndiaFOSS 2025](https://forum.fossunited.org/t/planning-indiafoss-2025-celebrating-5-years-of-indiafoss/4624/5), the largest FOSS conferences in India, organized by FOSS United.

**Conference Details:**

1. **Date** : September 20-21, 2025
2. **Venue** : NIMHANS, Bengaluru
3. **Total Participants** : 5000+ (with 2500 expected to attend in person)

**Booth Types:**

1. **FOSS Project Booth** : Present your free and open-source project and share your journey with attendees.
2. **Community Booth** : Represent your community and foster collaboration among FOSS enthusiasts.
3. **Student-led Community/Project Booth** : Highlight innovative projects led by students and gain exposure.
4. **Hardware Projects Booth** : Showcase hardware-related projects that incorporate free and open-source principles.
5. **All things Open:** Open Data, Governance, FOSS Policy, Open Map, Music etc.

**Important Dates:**

1. **Application Closes** : July 15, 2025
2. **Booth Announcement** : July 30, 2025

when are we going to be notified if our booth request accepte dor not!?  
Becaue booth announcements was supposed to be on 30 July but it didn’t happened that’s why , just making sure am not missing anything , sorry for being fussy!
