Postmortem FOSS Hacks Ernakulam ## **Plus Points** - The Hackathon was very much a success, there were now issues with any of the facilities that were planned to be provided. - There was a diverse group of people with all types of ideas, everyone from seasoned hackers and ppl with their first ever hack. - All the networking plans worked out flawlessly and people had a blast and there were many discussion and talks on all types of topics **INCLUDING STARTING NEW FOSS CLUBS​✨** ## Negative Points - Due to the uncertainty in final confirmation, we faced a bit of confusion in the logistics, and food. - There was a bit of confusion on the judging and how people should setup the projects, most of the queries were rectified. - Most of the participants took the event too lightly, maybe because of the unfamiliar format.
