This is what I found. Seems quite generic (AI?) but the powers seem sweeping. Broadly you folks have the responsibility of taking the _energy_ of this movement forward. No one in India is doing anything close. You can’t take this casually. My suggestion would be: 1. Define the “vision” - why must FOSS United exist 2. Define annual goals - events, policy, outreach etc. 3. Review the budget 4. Periodically review progress against the stated goals 5. Periodically review staff contributions 6.
