Meeting Notes :
- Confirmed vendors for Media Production & Internet
- In talks with Food, AV and Waste Management ( NGO ) Vendors, Likely to confirm by September 1.
Action items:
- @Suslime to check and negotiate with Day Care Service Providers
- @Suslime to finalise the venue layout and arrange the setup.
- @Shree_Kumar to check for a standby ambulance at the venue
- Arjun to speak with NIMHANS PRO to get extra rooms at the hall and also the hostels for diversity scholars.
Misc Notes :
- Breakfast time has been decided from 8 AM to 9 PM on both Days.
- The breakfast timing should be conveyed to the participants through mail.

Pre-Meeting notes
Tickets
- 1700+ tickets sold.
- Late bird sale is closed now. Regular ticket to close on September 1 tentatively (unless it runs out).
- Workshop tickets are open. 30 sold - need to start promotions.
Talks
- Main track schedule is 100% finalised! The remaining talks will be added to the schedule by this weekend.
- 4 main track talks waitlisted in case a speaker cancels.

Sponsorships
- We received 3 sponsorship queries this week.
- One gold slot still remaining (we have a soft confirmation on the gold slot from one of the companies we are talking to, but nothing official yet)

Pre-Meeting notes
Tickets
- 1980 registrations.
- Regular tickets are now closed.
- ~100 workshop tickets left
- Majority of the free tickets have been sent out. The count has increased to 700.
Talks
- Schedule is frozen. BoFs, Devrooms and Panels to be added.
- Workshop schedule is also frozen
Sponsorships
- Rever has joined us as a gold sponsor
- One gold sponsor has unfortunately dropped out last minute.
- We are 2L short of our target (30L), but this will likely not significantly impact the budget and we should be able to break even.
- We are setting up calls with sponsors to help them plan their presence at IndiaFOSS.
