Propose Birds of a Feather (BoF) sessions at IndiaFOSS 2025

I’d like to propose a BoF on the challenges of measuring, visualising, and reporting open source project and community health in the context of different ecosystems leveraging & contributing to OSS (research, academic, commercial, non-profit, governmental, etc.).

Something along this lines would be a welcome addition to the Maintainer Summit as well.
