Can I delete accidentally created duplicate proposal?

Hi folks,
I have accidentally created duplicate entries in proposals. Is there a way to delete one of them?

payredu - A plain text ledger application for tracking value (original)

payredu - lightweight plain text accounting (recently created, and would like to delete this one)

Delete/Withdraw is WIP. I will delete the duplicate proposal
