What does Responsible AI actually look like when you have to make the decisions yourself?
Ahead of IndiaFOSS 2026, Aapti Institute is bringing the FOSS community together for an interactive, gamified workshop that moves Responsible AI from principles into practice. Participants will play Failsafe and Souq-oon, two games designed by Aapti to surface the difficult choices involved in designing, deploying, and governing AI systems.
Through gameplay, negotiation, and collective reflection, participants will grapple with questions around risk, accountability, incentives, competing stakeholder interests, and what “responsibility” means when technology meets the real world. Expect less presentation and more participation: this is a space to experiment, debate, make difficult calls, and learn from how others approach them.
