- Identify PC for all kinds of coordination
- Daily/biweekly call (regular call)
- A drive to upload by PC and FU developers/consultants
- PC needs to participate in data upload/contribution to ERPNext implementation
- Recording the demo session
- Following up with PC if no activity has happened
