We are just a day away from the hackathon, and we are excited to host you in our localhost!
However, we have a few things you should take note of beforehand
The localhost will be held in the Frappe office in Neelkanth IT Park, Vidyavihar. This is right next to the Vidyavihar railway station, so it should be pretty easy to access.

Additionally, we have a few guidelines and instructions you have to follow for the smooth functioning of this hackathon:
- Please bring your laptop and its charger, and make sure it works with WiFi
- The event will have a reporting time of 9 AM on both days. We will not be facilitating overnight hacking at the venue, though you can continue hacking from home if you so please
- The event will end at 9PM on day 1 and around 5 PM on day 2
- If you have any additional queries, you can DM @aryakirank (Telegram: Contact @aryakirank) on telegram
Finally, we request you to take a look at the general rule book for the hackathon: Rules for FOSS Hack

Please come to the Neelkanth Business Park, D Wing, 3rd floor
Mumbai localhost - Post Mortem
The Good
- We had a good amount of interesting projects
- We had one mentor/volunteer (arun) from frappe’s side
- @rushabh from Frappe also joined in on the first day, and also advised some of the teams
- Food and Tea were amazing and completely covered for by Frappe. We did not need any reimbursement from FOSS Untied for the localhost
The Bad
- Large amount of participants were pending confirmation from their end, but most of those who accepted the request showed up (~20 people)
- On the 2nd day, only 2 teams (~6 people including volunteers showed up)
- Because it didn’t really make sense for us to also cover dinner, we had to end the hackathon earlier than planned on Day 1 (~7PM)
- On Day 2, we ended the hackathon at around 3:30 PM itself due to lack of attendees
- Frappe has two offices on different floors, and due to us taking the smaller 3rd floor office initially, 2 teams had to use the 6th floor office alone, without any volunteer or mentor present
The Ugly
- Some of the teams which worked on the Raven framework didn’t have any experience with Frappe Framework, nor did they do any homework, which was pretty fun to debug
- Almost all of the attendees were college students and were mostly from two colleges (TCET & AP Shah)
- There were only 2-3 female attendees, and none on day 2
