Greetings from the Creative Computing Society!
CCS is one of the most elite and unarguably the most respected technical societies of Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology. We strive to encourage students to develop an analytical temperament in technology and innovation, nurture creativity and talent, and spread awareness about the ever-evolving tech world. We act as a platform for students to showcase and improve their skills and in doing so, discover that their best strengths lie within themselves.
We organize various events throughout the year to uphold the spirit of competitiveness. This time, we intend to organize the biggest event of TIET: HackTU 4.0, An extravaganza for student developers and open-source enthusiasts. Such an event, we believe, would provide a tremendous opportunity to showcase their abilities and brace their minds.
Our previous iteration, HACKTU 3.0, saw record-breaking participation of 1500+ students from and across our campus. We assure you that our team, given your cooperation, will definitely match, if not top, those numbers through our extensive public outreach programs.
Being a community of developers, We at CCS have always believed in the development of coding culture on our campus, and this event is an effort in the same direction. We wish to inculcate the skill of software development among students to help them cater to real-life problems and find unique solutions.
