- An introduction call for diversity scholars is scheduled for 11th September
- The next call will be on the 25th September, focusing more on the event days and their participation as diversity scholars
Volunteers
- The next volunteer sync is on Friday, 11th September. We will discuss:
a. Travel and logistics
b. Code of Conduct
c. Expectations from their designated roles
Logistics

- The lunch and dinner menu will be decided by this week
- We have not received any interest in childcare accessibility till now, and thus will be removing the option to opt for it

- The internet setup will cost Rs 1,80,000 plus GST
- We are testing out A/V setup
