1. Outreach Methods for Sponsors/Industry Partners:
- Discussed utilising three outreach methods for connecting with potential sponsors/industry partners:
- Cold Outreach: Direct calls and LinkedIn connections
- Referral Method: Leveraging existing partners for introductions
- Community Connection: Seeking assistance from our network for introductions and collaborations
2. Sponsorship & Partnership Decks:
- Discussed the significance of sponsorship tier and industry partnership decks.
- Agreed on the importance of clarity and relevance in the decks.
- Mentioned the ongoing revamp of the partnership/sponsorship deck, with plans to reveal the updated version soon.
3. Social Media Strategy:
- Discussed to share a weekly social media post highlighting industry partnership and sponsorship for IndiaFOSS 3.0.
4. Community Engagement:
- Discussed to propose creating a dedicated topic on the main FOSS United channel.
- This space will allow community members to offer assistance and suggestions for industry partnerships and sponsorships for IndiaFOSS 3.0.
