Introducing OffPay - pay anyone without internet

it runs on NPCI’s *99# USSD system, but automates the whole flow making it fast, seamless and actually usable

Two Versions :

Android App (Beta) : scan a QR or enter a UPI ID, and OffPay handles the full ⁠ *99# ⁠ session for you automatically.

PWA : works on iPhone/Android, no extra permissions needed. scans QR code, auto-copies the UPI ID, and drops you right at the payment step.

I haven’t seen his work, and discovered the protocol and its working accross different methods independently.

realising, he was very early on this and his documentation is perfect on the capability this protocol provides!

also, I utilised claude while making the app, but security and performance have been taken care of!!
