Maybe include a small portion at the end about commit signing, since its pretty much a requirement on many open source projects?

we are adding a course certificate and global professional exams at end of internship,
plus career counselling at start
optional industry partner funded stipend and trainer fees (in case there are no volunteers)
note: currently our cybersecurity career upskilling is probono with opensource tool sets
in case you develop the coding program (with inouta from architecture, business requirements, design concepts and UML) we will be happy to partner to spread these to rural college students (incl urban) there are mostly coders with out understanding solution architecture or design concepts (just like easy to be a mason or brick layer but very few understand architecture or design)
