Propose Birds of a Feather (BoF) sessions at IndiaFOSS 2025

Here’s the list of accepted BoFs for IndiaFOSS 2025:

  1. Tech+Policy Scholarship BoF - Learnings from GCPP and Beyond by @Shree_Kumar
    2. Taking FOSS to Other Fields by @Frederick_Noronha Withdrawn
  2. FOSS at organisations - @ansh to look for other moderators
  3. UX for FOSS : Community for Designer-Maintainer Collaboration by @hiran_venugopalan
  4. Challenges in building a diverse, equal, inclusive and accessible FOSS ecosystem by @grittypuffy. We will look for a primary moderator for this session.
  5. Revitalizing the Bengaluru FOSS United Community—proposed by @Shree_Kumar and will be moderated by @Balu_B

Additionally, the program committee has decided to propose that the panel discussion proposal titled ‘Pursuing a Policy Career in FOSS’ by @Tarunima be converted to a birds of a feather (BoF) discussion. This would be a suitable segue from the Tech+Policy Scholarship BoF proposed by Shree.

The team will reach out to all the seven selected folks by the end of this week to discuss the next steps.
