Computer Society of India, Sardar Patel Institute of Technology Chapter is proud to present its annual flagship event - S.P.I.T Hackathon 2023, a 24-hour hackathon that will be conducted at Sardar Patel Institute of Technology on 4th and 5th February 2023.
In previous years, the hackathon has seen 1000+ registrations with a reach of 25+ cities in India and generated so much hype that the winners of the last offline hackathon were felicitated by the former Chief Minister of Punjab, Capt. Amarinder Singh. Last year, we had a prize pool of over a whopping 100,000 INR, a number we are hoping to escalate this year. Since this is our first offline hackathon after COVID, we have expanded to 6 domains ranging from Web/App Dev and AI/ML to Blockchain and FOSS. Special prizes will also be awarded for the Best UI/UX, Best Pitch and Best FOSS Hack.
The hackathon will be conducted in 2 rounds. Round 1 is an online abstract idea submission round on Unstop. Teams shortlisted in Round 1 will be invited to the Grand Finale Offline Hackathon at Sardar Patel Institute of Technology.
