This script forces Vulkan rendering on any Android devices(mainly used on Samsung Galaxy S23 variants). Based on community recommendations, this may improve performance, reduce device heat and extend battery life. This can be applied on other android devices also, on your risk(Tested on s21 ultra, lg g8x, s23 ultra)
