Thank you FOSSUnited: The story of one of many projects that FOSSUnited helped grow

We’re Xeneva - an Open Source Operating System project. It started with an oddly timed mail from our side to FOSSUnited requesting if we could showcase ourselves at IndiaFOSS 2025. We were already past the deadline, but FOSSU was kind enough to grant us a booth after reviewing our project.

Fast forward to the event, we received a lot of support and appreciation at the conference from people of different fields. Gratefully enough, we then got the chance to meet Dr. Kailash Nadh, CTO of Zerodha and pitch our project to him. We were lucky enough to have his interest and receive a grant from Zerodha.

We’re now all set to showcase our Beta version of our OS on the XR platform in February. Our development speed has increased significantly due to the grant. We’re very thankful to FOSS United for giving us this platform. Exhibiting at IndiaFOSS 2025 provided us with many crucial opportunities which will decide the fate of our venture.

The best part of all of this is, it is not only us whose project took a turn for the better. There are at least a few dozen projects, if not more - which got their deserved support and recognition due to FOSS United.

We at Xeneva whole heartedly believe FOSS United is doing noble work and they deserve to grow even bigger. Thank You.
