Kalyani FOSS March Meetup Updates

  • Registrations are open now - link
  • CFP was released on 11/03/2024 - link
  • We have onboarded 5 local communities as community partners, they will be announced tomorrow.

    4. Freescape IIIT Kalyani
    5. Coding Club JIS
  • We are planning to send the order for stickers strictly tomorrow as the local vendor takes 3 days to print i,e, by 17th March 2024.
  • Final Speaker Lineup will be released on 16th March, when the CFP closes.
  • Agenda of the meetup will be released a day before i,e, 17th March.
  • One of our college’s esteemed professor might be opening Speaker in the meetup. We will confirm their availability on the said date and then finalize.
  • Food order will be placed after we finalize the number of attendees i,e, when the RSVP closes.

Support needed from FOSS United

  • Monetary Support for Food arrangement and stickers for the meetup. (We have already emailed @ansh and @wisharya regarding this)
  • Support in sharing the news about the meetup so the folks in or around the region can join.
