We have sold 1571 tickets so far.

Volunteers

  1. The volunteer tasks have been finalised. We will start having meetings for work groups from this week
  2. The next volunteer sync is on 11th September
  3. For volunteers’ accommodation, 6 AirBnBs have been confirmed for 30-36 people

CFPs & Devrooms

  1. CFP mocks are in progress

Design & Campaigns

  1. The design team has made speaker posts for main track
  2. The posts for Devroom workshops will go live this week
  3. Along with the ‘United by FOSS’ stickers, we will also have a tagline sticker for digital commons
  4. We will check the stock for other stickers
  5. An order for 1050 T-shirts and 30 limited edition hoodies has been placed
  6. The campaigns team will work on the pre-events page and engage with volunteers for on-ground coverage

Logistics

  1. Venue signages, including 7 standees and 2 foam boards are being ordered. The printing will be done closer to the event
  2. The boardroom at NIMHANS is being booked for 26-27th September

Tech

  1. The Devroom workshop page is live. Tickets will be out soon
  2. The ticket page for speakers and volunteers has been updated. We will allot 1 free ticket per accepted speaker and volunteer

Sponsorship

  1. The sponsorship team will be meeting with the current sponsors in the next 2 weeks
  2. Outreach for sponsorship will continue

FOSS Awards

  1. FOSS Awards voting closes on 7th September. We have an average of 40 votes in each category. Check the nominees here: Awards at IndiaFOSS 2026
