FOSS United Chennai will be leading the next community call of FOSS United Volunteers from different city chapters.

We have created a Jitsi meet for the purpose of these recurring calls.
Date - September 9,2023.
Time - 11AM - 12PM
Agenda for the meeting (will be updated once the different city volunteer teams add comments with their agenda)
- Chennai team will be discussing our learnings from the August meetup that is scheduled on 26 August,2023. We will be sharing our learnings on how a community collaboration can be done whilst maintaining FOSS meetup standards. We will also be sharing our plans on the upcoming Software Freedom Day events, wherein we are collaborating with various FOSS communities across Tamil Nadu.
Note- This community call is for the FOSS community and not just FOSS United volunteers. We welcome everyone in the community call and a general discussion will be held after the meeting so as to know the thoughts of the community on how we can improve.
We hope to make this call more organised and well planned so that timely reminders can be sent to volunteers and most of the chapters can join in.
My suggestion would be to send updates about these calls to the volunteers mailing group at volunteer@fossunited.org and/or creating a seperate telgram topic for community calls.
Lastly, I would request all chapters to comment out the agenda for the calls (maybe once they are done with their upcoming meetup). Also make sure you have gone through what was discussed in the previous call.
