Minutes of the meeting

Attendees: Ansh, Siddharth Shivkumar (MLH)

  • Our current process is pretty much okay, it shouldn’t be a problem since we have only 10 locations.
  • For the second phase screening for local editions we shoud get 5 documents from the applicants -
  1. Venue confirmation (on the college letterhead) which includes details of dates, overnight access and amenities
  2. Run of show (schedule)
  3. Budget
  4. Sponsor list ( who are you reaching out to / talking to)
  5. Sponsorship brochure
  • They should submit a formal proposal mentioning everything they are committing, and sign a COC.
  • Interactions with all applicants should be documented so it can help us in the future if we want to establish FOSS clubs in those campuses.
